To stand for office, support another grower’s nomination, or vote in the election, you must be properly registered on the official CANEGROWERS membership roll.

Proposed Dates for the election process 2025
- Nominations Open: Monday 24 February 2025
- Nominations Close: Monday 24 March 2025, 5pm
- Ballot elections to run 27 March until close 23 April 2025
- Results declared 24 April 2025
- New Term begins 1 May 2025
